Deposit instruction checklist
Read the amount, destination, payment reference and expiry information before confirming a transfer. Use the details displayed for the current transaction rather than a saved destination from an older session. Keep the receipt and avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly while an earlier attempt is pending.
UPI and QR verification
Confirm the payee information shown by the payment app before authorising a UPI or QR request. A collect request is not the same as receiving money. Never enter a UPI PIN to receive a withdrawal, and reject unexpected requests that do not match an action started in the verified account.
Withdrawal review process
Check account verification, name consistency, payment destination and any stated processing window. Record the request identifier and status. A pending withdrawal should be investigated through the official support route; paying a personal contact cannot legitimately accelerate platform processing.
Reward qualification example
For the downline reward, the invited person must deposit ₹200 and finish ₹600 turnover. The agent amount for W5W-equivalent participation is ₹100, the mentor component is ₹50 through Telegram, and the qualifying downline amount is ₹20. Eligibility should be checked before assuming payment is automatic.
Rebate and commission calculation notes
